Terms of Service

Privacy is a Right, not a privilege that we firmly believe in. Founded in 1985, Crystal Cove is a family owned business with a commitment to the privacy of our customers. We have no intention whatsoever to use your name, mailing address, Email address or any payment information or payment methods provided with your order for any reason other than Crystal Cove's internal business. We will guard your information as we guard our own. Crystal Cove uses an SSL secured payment system for your protection.

Order, Payment and Shipping Policy


- We do have a minimum order of $10 excluding shipping.


- United States and Canada. There will be a 10% surcharge on the US shipping rates for Canadian deliveries.


- Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. However, if we occasionally run out of stock on some items, rest assured that we get deliveries from Swarovski and our other suppliers weekly. Unfortunately, even Swarovski has back orders at times. If we do not have your item by our next incoming shipment, we will notify you by email and you can request a full refund or simply wait until the product comes in, or ask for a substitute.


- We ship USPS delivery confirmation on all shipments under 10Lbs. Over 10 pounds, we ship UPS or USPS, depending on destination and other factors.


- At Crystal Cove Gifts, we steadfastly stand behind our products and service. We have been shipping crystals for 22 years and our intact delivery record is outstanding. Unfortunately, short of using 3” reinforced armored steel boxes; no cardboard box made by man is totally safe from the destructive forces of the Common Carrier. Please check your shipment promptly and notify us IMMEDIATELY of any problems (we must hear from you within 5 days of delivery confirmation for eligible returns). If you notice that your package is damaged upon delivery, if possible ask your delivery driver to make a note of it. Crystal Cove will pay for the return postage/carrier fee of any damaged in transit goods. If by chance there are any goods that do not meet with your complete satisfaction, we will also pay for the return of the merchandise. Once the undamaged goods are back in our hands, we will refund the total purchase price less the original shipping cost OR give you a credit for the full purchase price and the shipping towards a future purchase or exchange. Credits will be valid for 60 days. Please notify us of any problems within 5 days of receipt of goods in order to receive a valid Return Authorization. You can return your purchase for a full refund or replacement - it's your choice. Refunds are issued only after the returned goods are received at Crystal Cove in the same condition as when they arrived.


- Once Crystal Cove turns your package over to the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for delivery is entirely in their hands. Your responsibility as a customer is simply to be sure the delivery address you gave us is accurate, and to please be looking for the package or for a notice from the Post Office or UPS that an attempted delivery has been made. Crystal Cove uses DELIVERY CONFIRMATION on all packages, so you can contact us for tracking information if you feel your package has been lost in transit. If you do not receive your package and we have received confirmation of delivery, we can not intervene on your behalf; please contact the delivery service in question for details about your package's whereabouts.


- Crystal Cove does not automatically insure our shipments. If you wish to insure your shipment against loss in transit, please check the appropriate box in our check out section. By doing so, you agree to accept the minimal extra charge to your credit card for our expense to insure the package. Basic insurance is about $1 for orders under $100. As a guideline, insurance is roughly $1 for every $100 in value over $100.


- We accept prepaid orders only. We do not ship COD. Crystal Cove accepts MasterCard, and Visa.
